Fresh Prince of Bel-aire moves to Jamaica ~ Matt R. ~ July 2015

WOW! What a house, what a crew, what a view! This house rocks. My friends and I felt like we were living like kings.

Mamma aka Ruby the cook would make us the most amazing meals and snacks in between. Our butler/bartender always kept out cups full (make sure you ask him to make his special punch).

Even the owner who I never had the pleasure of meeting is awesome. Quick with all email responses, text messages/phone calls whatever. The house is awesome. I honestly think you will not be disapointed. Oh and the POOL, dont get me started on how great it is to jump in the pool everyday.

They aim to please ~ Jean ~ April 2015

The VERY warm welcome we received set the pace for an enjoyable time at Serendipity. The only thing missing at the welcome was singing some Jamaican folk songs & dancing (smile).

Ms. Ruby (cook) & Garnett (butler) (we were in closer contact with these 2 staff members) were easy to talk to and make our wishes known. They accommodated us easily, so we did not feel as if we were imposing. All the staff members were efficient, and seemed to work well together which gave the place a very relaxed air. The food was well prepared, tasty & nicely served. The children in our party were introduced to various new fruits & thoroughly enjoyed the pool every free minute.

Apart from a little snag on our arrival (the driver of our van didn’t see us & we couldn’t find him) our driver was informative-snippits of folklore-and available to suit our schedule. We, the adults loved the view of the sea from our dining area on the patio. Only 1 out of 3 children lamented when she saw how many mosquito bites she had->15. Overall a very enjoyable & relaxing time spent! The property manager easily answered our questions & gave us clarifications.

A must have experience! ~ Annie ~ January 2015

Being a Jamaican at work and hearing the expats talking about vacationing at the hotels and villas on the north coast it became an item on my Annie’s List (similar to a Bucket List) to spend a weekend in the country with my 3 children.

By surprise from my cousin, I was able to spend a well relaxed and awesome weekend at Serendipity. Being in the atmosphere I was stress free and well comfortable sleeping in a beautifully furniture bedroom and spending time by the pool side with the children just relaxing and enjoying the cool north coast breeze. While I was enjoying nature and the conversations with other guests, I was pampered by the staff members beyond my expectations.

Mr. Garnett the butler and Ms. Ruby the cook were very polite and hospitable. The children and I enjoyed every meal served and this was concurred by my daughter’s comments “Mommy the food is so nice, I cannot stop eating it”.

Without a doubt I cannot wait for my next visit and if you haven’t gone as yet, this experience is a must have.
